This website is operated by ADSTOKCOM LLC, doing business as AdStok. By accessing or using the site, you agree to these Terms of Service. If you do not agree, please do not use the site.

You must be at least 18 years old to use this website, submit a form, or enter into an engagement with AdStok.

Our marketing, creative, video, web design and development, SEO, and automation services are provided under project specific proposals, statements of work, or service agreements. Those documents define scope, deliverables, timelines, fees, and payment terms for the engagement. If a signed agreement conflicts with these Terms, the signed agreement controls for that engagement.

You agree not to:

• Use the site for any unlawful purpose
• Attempt to gain unauthorized access to the site or related systems
• Interfere with, disrupt, or overload the site
• Scrape, copy, or republish site content without permission
• Submit false, misleading, or abusive information through our forms

The AdStok name, logo, site design, text, graphics, and other site content are owned by ADSTOKCOM LLC or its licensors and are protected by applicable law. You may not use them without prior written permission, except as allowed by these Terms.

You keep ownership of the materials you provide to us, such as logos, images, video, copy, and data. By providing them, you confirm you have the rights and permissions needed for us to use them to perform the services, and you grant us permission to use, host, and modify them for that purpose.

Our work often involves third party platforms such as advertising networks, search engines, hosting providers, analytics tools, and CRM and messaging providers. Those platforms are controlled by others and are governed by their own terms and policies. We are not responsible for their availability, changes, pricing, or decisions, and our site may link to third party sites we do not control.

Search rankings, advertising performance, traffic, leads, revenue, and other business outcomes depend on many factors outside our control. AdStok does not guarantee any specific search ranking, placement, or business result.

The website and its content are provided on an "as is" and "as available" basis without warranties of any kind, whether express or implied, including implied warranties of merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, and non infringement. We do not warrant that the site will be uninterrupted, secure, or error free.

To the maximum extent permitted by law, AdStok and ADSTOKCOM LLC will not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, or for lost profits, revenue, data, or goodwill arising from your use of the website. Some jurisdictions do not allow certain limitations, so parts of this section may not apply to you.

You agree to indemnify and hold harmless ADSTOKCOM LLC and its owners, employees, and contractors from claims, damages, and reasonable expenses arising from your misuse of the website, your violation of these Terms, or your violation of the rights of a third party.

These terms apply only if you separately opt in to receive text messages from AdStok. Opting in is optional, and providing a phone number alone does not opt you in.

Program description. Transactional messages may include appointment confirmations, reminders, inquiry follow up, and service updates. Marketing messages may include promotions, offers, and marketing updates, and are sent only where you have separately consented to them.

These Terms are governed by the laws of the State of Florida, without regard to its conflict of law rules.

If any part of these Terms is found unenforceable, the remaining parts stay in effect.
