1. Overview

ADSTOKCOM LLC, doing business as AdStok ("AdStok," "we," "us," or "our"), is a South Florida digital marketing company. This Privacy Policy explains how we collect, use, share, and protect personal information when you visit adstok.com (the "Site"), submit a form, book a call, communicate with us by email, phone, or text message, or work with us as a client (together, the "Services").

This Privacy Policy is part of our Terms of Service, available at https://adstok.com/terms. By using the Services, you agree to the practices described here. If you do not agree, please do not use the Services.

2. Information We Collect

"Personal information" means information that identifies you or can reasonably be linked to you, such as your name, email address, or phone number. "Non-personal information" means information that does not identify you, such as aggregated or de-identified data.

We collect information in three ways:

Information you give us. When you fill out a contact form, book a strategy call, request a proposal, sign up for our emails, opt in to text messages, become a client, or contact us, you may provide:

  • name, company, job title, and website;
  • email address, phone number, and mailing address;
  • your growth goals and the details of your inquiry or project;
  • billing and payment information (processed by our third-party payment processor; we do not store full card numbers);
  • marketing materials, brand assets, and business data you share with us as a client; and
  • your communication and text messaging preferences.

If you give us personal information about other people, for example your team members or customers, you are responsible for having the right to share it with us.

Information from third parties. We may receive information about you from scheduling tools (such as Calendly), advertising and social media platforms, analytics providers, business directories, referral partners, and public sources. When we receive information from third parties, we take reasonable steps to confirm they are permitted to share it with us.

Information collected automatically. When you visit the Site, we and our service providers automatically collect information such as your IP address, browser type, device type, pages viewed, links clicked, referring website, approximate location (derived from IP address), and the date and time of your visit. We collect this using cookies, pixels, tags, and similar technologies. See Section 8.

3. How We Use Information

We use the information we collect to:

  • Respond to you and provide the Services — answer inquiries, schedule calls, prepare proposals, deliver client work, and provide support;
  • Communicate with you — send confirmations, reminders, project updates, invoices, policy changes, and, where you have agreed, marketing emails and text messages;
  • Run our business — billing, accounting, record keeping, fraud prevention, security, and enforcing our agreements;
  • Improve the Site and Services — understand how visitors use the Site, measure the performance of our own marketing, fix problems, and develop new offerings;
  • Advertise and market — show AdStok ads to people who may be interested in our Services and measure how well those ads work; and
  • Comply with law — meet legal, tax, regulatory, and carrier requirements and respond to lawful requests.

AI-assisted tools. We may use AI-assisted software to help draft, analyze, and organize work. We do not use your personal information, or our clients' Contact Data, to train generalized AI or machine learning models, and we choose tools whose terms do not permit the provider to train on the data we submit where such settings are available.

Google user data. If you authorize us to access data through Google APIs (for example Google Analytics, Google Ads, Search Console, Business Profile, or Workspace), our use and transfer of that data will adhere to the Google API Services User Data Policy, including its Limited Use requirements.

4. Text Messaging and Mobile Information

If you opt in to receive text messages from AdStok, we use your mobile number and opt-in information only to send the types of messages you agreed to receive (transactional, marketing, or both) and to manage your preferences. Providing a phone number on a form does not, by itself, sign you up for text messages.

No mobile information will be shared with third parties or affiliates for marketing or promotional purposes. Text messaging originator opt-in data and consent are excluded from every category of sharing described in this Privacy Policy and will not be shared with any third parties, except with the messaging platforms and service providers that help us deliver our text messages.

You can opt out at any time by replying STOP. Reply HELP for help, or email info@adstok.com. Message frequency varies. Message and data rates may apply. See Section 8 of our Terms of Service for the full SMS terms.

5. Client Data We Handle on Our Clients' Behalf

When we provide Services to a business client, we may handle information about that client's own customers and leads (for example in a CRM, email list, ad audience, or website form we manage). In that role, we act as a service provider to our client and process that information only on the client's instructions and to deliver the Services. The client's own privacy policy governs how that information is collected and used. If you are a customer of one of our clients and have questions about your information, please contact that business directly. We will assist our clients in responding to your request where required.

6. How We Share Information

AdStok does not sell your personal information. We share personal information only as described below:

  • Service providers. With vendors who help us operate our business, such as website hosting, CRM and marketing automation, email and text messaging delivery, scheduling, payment processing, analytics, cloud storage, and accounting. They may use your information only to provide services to us.
  • Subcontractors. With freelancers or subcontractors who help us deliver client work, under confidentiality obligations.
  • Advertising and analytics partners. With platforms such as Google and Meta, through cookies and pixels on our Site, to measure and improve AdStok's own advertising. See Section 8 for your choices.
  • Third-party integrations you authorize. If you connect a third-party account (such as Google, Meta, or YouTube) for us to manage, information is exchanged with that platform under its own terms and privacy policy. You can revoke our access through that platform's security settings at any time.
  • Legal and safety reasons. When we believe disclosure is required by law, subpoena, or court order, or is necessary to protect the rights, property, or safety of AdStok, our clients, or others, or to prevent fraud or security incidents.
  • Business transfers. In connection with a merger, acquisition, financing, reorganization, or sale of all or part of our business, subject to this Privacy Policy.
  • With your consent. For any other purpose with your permission.

These sharing categories do not include text messaging opt-in data and consent, which are handled as described in Section 4.

We may also share aggregated or de-identified information that cannot reasonably be used to identify you.

7. Data Retention

We keep personal information only as long as reasonably necessary for the purposes described in this Privacy Policy, including to provide the Services, maintain business and tax records, resolve disputes, and enforce our agreements. When deciding how long to keep information, we consider its nature and sensitivity, the purpose for which we hold it, and our legal obligations. We may keep information longer if there is a complaint or a reasonable prospect of litigation. When information is no longer needed, we delete or de-identify it. We may use de-identified information indefinitely.

8. Cookies, Tracking, and Do Not Track

The Site uses cookies, pixels, and similar technologies that help the Site function, remember your preferences, analyze traffic (for example with Google Analytics), and measure and personalize advertising (for example with the Google and Meta advertising pixels).

You can control cookies through your browser settings, and you can opt out of certain interest-based advertising through tools such as Google Ad Settings, the Digital Advertising Alliance at optout.aboutads.info, and the Network Advertising Initiative at optout.networkadvertising.org. Blocking cookies may affect how the Site works.

Some browsers send "Do Not Track" signals. The Site does not currently respond to Do Not Track signals. Where required by law, we honor recognized opt-out preference signals such as Global Privacy Control.

9. How We Protect Information

We use reasonable administrative, technical, and organizational safeguards designed to protect personal information from loss, misuse, and unauthorized access, disclosure, alteration, or destruction. We require our service providers to protect information they handle for us. No method of transmission or storage is completely secure, so we cannot guarantee absolute security. If you believe your interaction with us is no longer secure, please contact us right away at info@adstok.com.

10. Children's Privacy

The Services are intended for businesses and adults. We do not knowingly collect personal information from anyone under 16 (or under 13 in the United States, consistent with the Children's Online Privacy Protection Act). If we learn that we have collected information from a child, we will delete it promptly. If you believe a child has provided us with information, please contact us at info@adstok.com.

11. Links to Other Websites

The Site may link to third-party websites and services, including social media platforms, client websites, and booking tools. We are not responsible for the privacy practices of those sites, and this Privacy Policy does not apply to them. Please review their privacy policies before sharing information with them.

12. Your Choices

Marketing emails. Click the unsubscribe link in any marketing email, or contact us.

Text messages. Reply STOP to any text message.

Access and updates. You can ask us to access, correct, or delete the personal information we hold about you by contacting us at info@adstok.com.

If you opt out of marketing, we may still send you transactional or service-related messages, such as replies to your inquiries, appointment confirmations, invoices, or updates about work we are doing for you.

13. Your State Privacy Rights

Depending on where you live, and to the extent a state privacy law applies to AdStok, you may have the right to:

  • know what personal information we collect, use, and disclose about you;
  • access and receive a copy of your personal information;
  • correct inaccurate personal information;
  • delete your personal information;
  • opt out of the sale of personal information, the use of personal information for targeted advertising (called "sharing" under California law), and certain profiling;
  • limit the use of sensitive personal information; and
  • not be discriminated against for exercising these rights.

These rights may apply to residents of states including California, Colorado, Connecticut, Florida, Oregon, Texas, Utah, and Virginia, among others, subject to each law's thresholds and exceptions.

How to make a request. Email info@adstok.com with the subject line "Privacy Request" and tell us what you are asking for. We will need to verify your identity before responding, typically by matching information you provide with information we already have. You may use an authorized agent to make a request; we may ask the agent for proof of authorization and ask you to verify your identity.

Appeals. If we decline your request, we will explain why. Where your state law provides a right to appeal, you may appeal by replying to our decision or emailing info@adstok.com with the subject line "Privacy Appeal."

Categories of information. In the past 12 months, we have collected the following categories of personal information: identifiers (such as name, email, phone number, and IP address); commercial information (such as services requested or purchased); internet and network activity (such as Site usage); approximate location derived from IP address; professional information (such as company and job title); and inferences drawn from the above (such as interest in our Services). We collect these from the sources and use them for the purposes described in Sections 2 and 3, and disclose them to the categories of recipients described in Section 6. We do not sell personal information, and we do not knowingly sell or share the personal information of anyone under 16.

14. Visitors Outside the United States

AdStok is based in the United States, and the information we collect is processed and stored in the United States, where data protection laws may differ from those in your country. If you are in the European Economic Area, the United Kingdom, or Switzerland, we process your personal information based on your consent, to perform a contract with you, to meet legal obligations, or for our legitimate interests (such as responding to inquiries, marketing our Services, and keeping the Site secure), where those interests are not overridden by your rights. Subject to applicable law, you may have rights to access, correct, delete, restrict, or object to processing of your information, to data portability, and to withdraw consent at any time. You may also lodge a complaint with your local data protection authority. To exercise these rights, contact us at info@adstok.com.

15. Changes to This Privacy Policy

We may update this Privacy Policy from time to time. When we do, we will post the updated version on this page and change the "Last Updated" date above. If we make material changes, we may also notify you by email or through the Site. Your continued use of the Services after an update means you accept the revised Privacy Policy.
